Terms of Service

myhostplus is provided by myhostplus ("we", "us"). When you use myhostplus, you are entering an agreement with myhostplus. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

myhostplus is an online tool for short-stay hosts. It includes guest message drafting, listing scores and rewrites, review analysis, a property cash flow calculator, digital guidebooks and revenue tracking. myhostplus is not affiliated with Airbnb. You enter or paste all booking and listing information yourself.

Your account

• You must be of legal age or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or to send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• introduce malware, probe or attack our systems, or scrape the service;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or get around usage limits.

AI-generated content

myhostplus uses AI to draft messages, answers, listing text and analysis. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you send or publish it. You are responsible for what you enter and how you use the output. Do not use it to create illegal, hateful or misleading content. We may filter output, remove content or suspend accounts that misuse these features. You keep your rights to your own inputs and to the output you generate. If you believe content on myhostplus infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it. Repeat infringement can lead to account termination. Calculator results are estimates, not financial advice.

Ownership

myhostplus owns the service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of your content. You let us store and process it only to provide the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

Availability

We work to keep myhostplus running well. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your content, unlawful use or breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You can stop using myhostplus at any time. When your account ends, we delete your data within a reasonable time unless the law requires us to keep it.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes go to its courts. You may not transfer your account without our consent. We may transfer these terms as part of a merger or sale. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top.
